Near the end where Lucas & Manolo are fighting - when Lucas flips Manolo there is no knife in hand that I can see & then you see the knife in Manolo's gut. Cowgirl!
Lucas told Micah that Manolo is out riding the range with Mark. When you see Lucas looking for them it does look like he is on the range.
