shot by Spicer, the gunslinger from the Lobo Ranch.

Douglas Kennedy played Peter Crandell
in Smoke Screen
as the father of Marge Crandell.
After high school he
attended Deerfield Academy and Amherst College in
Massachusetts.
He started acting in 1935 in G-Men. His left his career
behind to serve in the US Army, World War II as a Signal
Corps officer and an operative in the OSS and US Army
Intelligence.
After the war he returned to acting. His career spanned
almost forty-years with two-hundred and five credits to his
name.
He had his own western TV series Steve Donovan, Western
Marshal (1955) and appeared on The Big Valley as
Sheriff Fred Madden (1965 - 1969).
He was one of the policemen taken over by the Martians in
the sci-fi classic Invaders from Mars (1953).

Jack Kenny as a member of the of Boyle
Clan in Woman from Hog Ridge.
Jack Kenny started out in
a 1922 western called The Half Breed. An actor for
fifty years, Jack Kerny last pictures before his retirement
was The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance ― North to Alaska
and Ride the High Country.
He did heavy roles in silent movies, in addition to B
western appearances.

Died: May 26, 1964 (age 77) in Hollywood, California

Sandy Kenyon as Jim Profit in
Mail Order Groom.
He served in the Army Air Corps as a pilot during World War
II. He returned to New York after the war to pursue a career
as an actor. After several years on the New York stage, he
moved to Los Angeles to further his career.
Sandy Kenyon was an actor - director - voice-over artist of
film and television.
His career spanned over fifty years with one-hundred and
thirty-nine credits.
He was a regular on Knots Landing (TV Series) as
Reverend Kathrun - The Travels of Jaimie McPheeters
(TV Series) as Shep Baggott - Crunch and Des (TV Series) as
Des Smith.
He played Abraham Lincoln in an episode of Riverboat
(TV Series 1960).
He has appeared in many things from doctors,
cowboys, soldiers, spies to comedy.
