Can you guess who these famous Western stars are?

I know you can't guess who this dog is. We will call him K9 Ranger
This Police Dog, Pete did for a friend of his who was a Deputy Sheriff.
The dog died from cancer at an early age.

Thanks Pete for sharing these pictures with us!

I believe the year was 1982 or1983. Roy was in the town of North East, Maryland promoting the chain of restaurants bearing his name. I was on my way home from OC, Maryland and felt like it was time to get something to eat. I saw a large crowd in this shopping center parking lot so I stopped. I asked someone what was going on and they told me that Roy Rogers was soon to make an appearance. Needless to say I was not going to leave hoping that I would be able to meet Roy. I did get lucky that day, meeting one of the Silver Screen greats. There was a large crowd and Roy took time to shake everyone's hand. He also told some stories and sang a few songs. It was a real treat meeting Roy Rogers. Such a nice man. ~Pete
