The Surveyors episode #54 -3 of 5 page

At the end of the episode when Lucas tells Mark "I love you more than anything else in the whole world", Lucas's hair has a part on the left side and his hair is straight.  After the camera cuts to Mark smiling and taking a bite out of his sandwich, Lucas is then shown with no part and wavy hair. Thanks Sally!

Look how fake the background is. This is the part where Lucas goes to the back door of the bank and tries to open it. Cowgirl!

Old Tony / The Surveyors — When Lucas rides into town waiting for Mark and Lorrie to meet him, they used stock footage from The Surveyors. (Only this time we don’t hear the church bell tolling.) And it’s really obvious it’s recycled, for two reasons. First, if you really look at his sideburns, you’ll see how much longer they appear in this footage. He kept them much shorter in the later seasons of the series—the footage that was specifically shot for any given episode. Also, when this was used in The Surveyors, while Lucas was riding in, the town was gathered in the church. So no one is on the street. But in the scene after this, Lucas walks into Micah’s, and many townspeople can be seen through Micah’s Marshall’s Office windows. So it’s like the people appeared out of nowhere. Thanks Ann Marie!

The shot of the moonlit sky from The Surveyors, right before Mark gets up out of bed, planning to sneak out was later reused twice in season 5. In The Guest, we see it before Mark notices Mario on the porch, follows Mario outside, and inadvertently scares him. Mario grabs the ax to defend himself.  The other time was in Which Way’d They Go?, right before we see Lucas asleep by the campfire. Thanks Ann Marie!
