Gordon Armitage appeared in six episodes of The Rifleman as a townsman ― The Hangman BarancaDead Cold Cash The Illustrator ― The Lonesome Bride The Tinhorn as Joe, a card player.

He appeared with Chuck in Death and Small Doses as a Diner Patron.

His first acting appearance was in 1939, Golden Boy as a fighter.
